Renee Porter is a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer with 20 years of experience. She has a passion for people and has the ability to see the endless possibilities that each individual has to offer. 

 

Renee is a Professional Athlete for the IFBB, International Federation of Bodybuilding. She not only has extensive knowledge with weight training but other specialities as well: sports performance, fat loss, muscle mass, functional training, mobility, flexibility.. 

 

Renee was raised with an athletic upbringing, with a background in swimming, track and gymnastics. She placed 3rd at Collegiate Nationals in the 50 meter freestyle. She knows the importance of staying active and creating a healthy lifestyle.

 

Renee knows how to motivate her clients to reach their specific goals. Her clients range from 9 years old to their mid 80’s. Age is just a number. If you put in the work you will get stronger. Renee has trained clients who are in their 60’s and 70’s who are stronger and in better shape that some 20 year olds. Believing is the first step.

 

A combination of motivation, discipline and consistency will get you results. Renee will provide the customized plan and help you execute. She’s not just an hourly Coach or Trainer but with you every step of the way.
